Dave van Gelder joined Capgemini July 1985. After graduating in computer hardware at Delft University, he started working in data communications, to a level, where he represented the Netherlands in international standardization. Before joining Capgemini he also worked in the IT quality assurance area. Within Capgemini he mainly works in the Finance sector, but also worked within the sectors Public, Insurance, Retail and Telecommunications. As one of Capgemini's certified global architects, next to training of TOGAF and training, coaching and further development of Capgemini's architecture approach, he is mainly concerned with Architecture Design and consultancy in those cases were an integrated view on IT in relation with business processes is needed. He coordinates all facilitators of the Architecture Learning Program of Capgemini's University globally.
He is chairman of the Group of Experts and member of the Advisory Board for the European Register of Information Architects and chair of the Business Architecture Work Group of the Open Group. |
