Presentation
Architecture Management in a Multi-sourced Environment Architecture work in an outsourced environment across multiple suppliers raises specific challenges beyond the typical requirements of an Enterprise Architecture practice. The stakeholder's chosen methodologies, tools and frameworks, the governance models all need to be harmonised so an integrated EA architecture can be achieved. Moreover, ownership issues, competitive situations across the suppliers and multi-party management of change need to be solved. The case study will describe an approach to this scenario from the perspective of HP Outsourcing Services as a provider working closely with their clients' architecture function to support their objective to ensure business value generation in their multi-sourced IT environment by taking an architecture approach.
