He has spent his career defining, designing, developing and delivering quiet a number of critical and highly visible projects. Over the past fourteen years, he had the chance to assume roles right from that of a Development Engineer, Designer, EDP Coordinator, Project/ Technical Lead, Enterprise Architect , Project and Program Manager.
Had opportunities to work with clients like The World Bank, Visa etc on domains such as Financial Services, Non Banking, Content Management, Insurance, Inventory and CRM projects. Had been through the entire software life cycle several times over and has a passion towards Enterprise Architecture and Customer Expectation Management. As a certified Project Manager he had practiced, fine tuned and implemented various Project Management methodologies and managed large Fixed Bid and T & M projects.
Current assignments include strategizing IT investments, Business-IT alignment, Enterprise Architecture, Asset Reuse Projects implementation.

Enterprise Service Reuse from the TOGAF Perspective In the proposed session which will be spanning for about 30 minutes, the following topics will be discussed throwing light on the importance and the direction of SOA initiatives, Enterprise Service Reuse concepts, why they are intriguing, challenging and rewarding and the importance of governance and frameworks.
Along the way TOGAF and its contribution to reuse efforts, how Enterprise Continuum and Solutions Continuum will help address service reuse issues will be discussed. How to build an effective asset registry, a solutions inventory by modeling after TOGAF’s views, viewpoints, models, checkpoints and trade off analysis approach and combining service lifecycle with metrics driven management will be elaborated. Importance of standardization and process optimization to gear services towards achieving the desired reuse maturity will be highlighted.
Through governance and management practices how to socialize reuse processes and embed them into development practices will also be briefed.
