This presentation covers what is necessary to introduce an Enteprise Architecture Capability to an organization, inlcuding scoping the effort, awareness raising, securing buy-in, selecting an EA Framework and tools, defining a governance structure and putting in place the necessary as-is and to-be architectural artifacts. However, beyond presenting the elements necessary for an EA capability, the presentation focus on what is critical for making the EA program effective, including gaining Sr. Management commitment, and establishing effective governance structures.
