We will take a look at how Enterprise Architecture is defined
at Volvo. We will go through the Volvo Group IT Organizational
set-up based on Governance, Demand and Supply. We will go
through the major benefit and puropose with Enterprise Architecture
as a tool in the Volvo Group Business. Special focus will
be on:
- Enterprise Architecture review approach
- A Corporate Integration Office as one key EA enabler
- Agile values of Enterprise Architecture
