The session explains how the Strategic Management Process, Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecards of Kaplan and Norton can be combined together with Enterprise Architecture Management principles and processes in order to build up an integrated and effective IT and Business Management Cycle.

This lecture outlines, based on best practice examples, how the business and IT side of a company work jointly against common goals, understanding that business strategy drives EAM and EAM impacts business success.


Andras SlogarAndreas Slogar works as Manager Project Management focused in individual SW development and SAP projects on an international basis for DB Systel GmbH and is also active as the Enterprise Architect for Consulting and Project Management.

Before joining DB Systel, Slogar has been responsible for the entire Managed Services Business of Sun Microsystems in Africa, the Middle and Near East, Eastern Europe and Russia.

Andreas Slogar holds a IPMA Level B certification and is also a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.
