Exhibit Opportunities
Interested in exhibit opportunities? These are available to companies wishing to showcase their products and services to attendees at The Open Group conferences.

The exhibit space includes a 6’ to 8’ draped tabletop with electrical power and wireless network connection. Exhibitors may bring one freestanding banner display (2- 1/2 ’x 8’) to place next to the table. No audio permitted.

The exhibit fee is $2,000 and includes two (2) complimentary conference passes for two staff to attend the plenary, any open sessions or specified track sessions.

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
The Open Group provides a number of sponsorship options that can help you increase your visibility and get exposure at The Open Group conferences. Examples of sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Networking Reception. Host an evening reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
  • Conference Luncheon with Speaker (one sponsor per event)
    Have one of your company’s executives or top customers deliver a 30-minute presentation to conference attendees. Lunch, room and signage included.
  • Off-site Dinner Event
  • Conference Program Guide Advertisement (rates vary based on quarter page, half page, full page, or inside front cover)
  • Sponsor logo on conference name badge insert
  • Sponsor banner at registration desk and on signage throughout the conference (Sponsor will supply the 6’x 3’ banner.)
  • Sponsor listing and link on conference web page
  • Registration fee waived for two (2) attendees (or more depending on sponsorship level). The sponsoring company will select the attendees and send their contact details to the Conference Director.
  • VIP Conference Passes (2+): receive 2 or more VIP conference passes (depending on sponsorship level) for your executive staff, top customers or prospects to attend the plenary, any open sessions or specified track sessions.
  • Promotional item sponsorship. (Production costs are the responsibility of the sponsor.)
  • Complimentary exhibit table at conference (depending on sponsorship level). Attendees can view and interact with your company’s products or consult with company representatives about services.

Exclusive Sponsors
- your company will be the only company accepted as a sponsor for a specified event.
Co-Sponsors - multiple sponsors may be accepted for specified events.
