Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing either via email or fax to one of The Open Group contacts listed on this site. Cancellations made on or before February 26 will be accepted. Participants who cancel on or after February 27, or who do not attend, are liable for the entire attendance fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
