QoS: Click to Self-Subscribe Help

Click to self-subscribe calls up a form into which you can input your details and select the "open" list to which you want to subscribe. You must create yourself a login name, a usual notation is to use initial.surname, as in j.bloggs. Please include your company name. This should be selected if this is your first time subscription to an Open Group list.
