Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing either via email or fax to one of The Open Group contacts listed on this site. Cancellations made on or before November 2, 2011 will be accepted, subject to the payment of a 5% administration fee. Participants who cancel on or after November 3, 2011, or who do not attend, are liable for the entire attendance fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
