a member rate. Certification does NOT entitle you to membership privileges.
(2)The affiliate rate applies to affiliate members (and co-promotional partners). Ask your organization for your Promotion Code and enter it when you register.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made
in writing either via email or fax to one of
The Open Group contacts listed on this site.
Cancellations made on or before November 23, 2010 will
be accepted, subject to the payment of a 5% administration fee. Participants who cancel on or after
November 24, 2010, or who do not attend, are liable
for the entire attendance fee. Substitutions
may be made at any time.
