Paul Rock is Technical Manager for Oracle's National Security Group (previously BEA Systems).
Before going to Oracle, he worked for IBM, Science Applications International Corp (SAIC), Teknowledge and BEA Systems. Within BEA Paul worked as a Employee Leadership Group Member, Employee Advisory Committee Lead, Managing Principal and Engagement Manager. In particular within BEA Paul worked with the WorldWide SOA team to help establish items such as aMaturity Model, SOA Assessment and several of the SOA based offerings.

ADM Content - Result of Applying Methodology
Many Iindividuals in the industry (even amongst those who are certified) maintain only a knowledge of the ADM, not the actual experience of putting it to use or how to benefit from its result.
Paul will present actual engagement material references and how we as a community can coordinate to structure (organize) such information into a common basis to be used across the community in a consistent, reliable manner. In particular he will focus on the Organization and Government piece of the Data Architecture Piece.
