In professional life, Henry is the managing director of BiZZdesign.

Henry achieved an MSc and PhD and has a large background in developing, applying and training methods and tools for enterprise architecture and business process (re)design and management. He has written books and papers and has advised many well known public and commercial organizations. He is also board member of the BPM Forum Netherlands and chair of the BPM Forum Knowledge base.

BiZZdesign has developed into a succesful market leading organisation delivering methods, tools, consultancy and training for enterprise architecture and business process (re)design and management.
