Fee Notes

⁽¹⁾ The affiliate/partner rate applies to affiliate members and co-promotional partners. Ask your organization for your Promotion Code and enter it when you register.
⁽²⁾You will need to produce valid government ID upon registration at the meeting in order to be eligible for this rate.
⁽³⁾ The Open Group members are entitled to a member rate, and may attend member work meetings in the forums of which they are members. Certification does NOT entitle you to membership privileges.

General Notes

1. You will be billed in the currency that you choose when registering.
2. Membership of The Open Group entitles members to also attend member meetings of their respective forums.
3. Members or non-members may attend other forum meetings if invited by the chair or director of that forum.
4. Local VAT (Sales Tax) will be added to the above fees on invoicing unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing either via email or fax to one of The Open Group contacts listed on this site. Cancellations made on or before April 19, 2010 will be accepted, subject to the payment of a 5% administration fee. Participants who cancel on or after April 20, 2010, or who do not attend, are liable for the entire attendance fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
