Ola L. Clinton, Special Counsel in HRO’s San Francisco
office, is a corporate, securities and intellectual property attorney.
Her previous professional experiences include an association with Graham
& James, (now Squire Sanders); and with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich &
Rosati where she practiced corporate and securities law, including mergers
& acquisitions, private and public offerings of securities and corporate
governance counseling.
Most recently, she served as Director of International Legal Affairs
with The Learning Company, a consumer software company and former subsidiary
of Mattel, Inc. Ms. Clinton managed the company's international licensing
and distribution transactions, e-commerce matters and asset acquisitions.
