As Principal in the Architecture Strategy Group at Detecon International, Ralf is devoted to develop and extend concepts and methods for IT strategy and architecture with the objective to consequently focus and right-size each IT services and project to business goals and requirements.
In his current projects he is developing a logical IT architecture as well as a business case showing the benefit of an architectural design of the CRM domain for a large international group.
At Basel Consulting Goup Ralf has been involved in consulting Pharma and Banking enterprises deriving IT architectures from business strategies as well as globalising IT organizations by implementing governance and service oriented architectures. He also built pricing models to support value discussions with the customers.
Ralf has done research on various topics regarding process and IT management at university. He still is lecturing and member of the faculty at University of Bonn.
Ralf will be TOGAF-8.1 certified during this year |
