  Dr. Felix Gatzemeier - Innenministerium Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany  

Felix Gatzemeier is currently delegated to the Innenministerium, working on IT organization in the ministry's area of operations. He holds a Master of Science (Diplom-Informatiker) in Computer  Engineering and a Ph.D (Dr. rer. nat.) in Computer Science, RWTH Aachen, Germany.

 TOGAF - Making Enterprise Architecture Development Child's Play?

In 2004, the Ministry started an Enterprise Architecture Development project for the five regional government authorities in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The Presentation gives an overview over the Ministry's experiences with TOGAF 8, EA-tools and IT-Governance aspects of the Enterprise Architecture Project and discusses lessons learned.
