Daljit Roy Banger is a London based principal consultant with White Knight Management Ltd (UK). Daljit has 23 years solid IT Industry experience, having undertaken assignments in the USA, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Hong Kong to name but a few, on behalf of large multi-national organisations.

Daljit holds a Master of Science Degree and is a Chartered IT Professional Member of British Computer Society (MBCS CITP) and has a special interest in architectural realisation.

Architectural Governance – the 4 P Framework Approach…

Architectural Governance is the cornerstone to ensuring that new technologies introduced into the organisation are aligned to a vision presented in the form of a target architecture that supports the business in its goals.

In the past 12 months WKM has consulted on engagements with different governance models, from non existent, to heavy weight process based on a centric governance model. During these engagements there have been several patterns and a common framework that have emerged. The framework we shall present is one of the 4P’s.

This presentation will aim to share WKM thoughts and a framework that can result in a light weight Governance model (lean and agile).
