This presentation describes the project in SonaeCom to produce a blueprint of the application landscape. SonaeCom is merging the IT of the Sonae Telecommunications & Communications companies.

The project key milestones are:

• Map the company applications with eTom processes.
• Map information with SID datamodel
• Define application “health scale”
• Identify major non-aligments between processes, information and applications.
• Use a tool for company applications blueprint as repository and impact analyses.
