Vincent Buller
is Information Architect in the Enterprise Architecture team
at Rijkswaterstaat (RWS), part of the Ministry of Transport, Public
Works and Water Management. He graduated in medical computer
science at Leiden University in the Netherlands. After five years of
work on medical image processing he started work on geographic data
and route planning software for a well-known Dutch company. This company
he represented in international standardization efforts of OASIS,
theOpenTravel Alliance and the W3C. Vincent's professional interests
center on the relationship between IT and business as well
as society.
