  Lizelle van der Klashorst, Enterprise Architect, FNB    


#Lizelle was born in Pretoria and completed her primary and secondary school education at Hoërkool Warmbad. She has completed the following degrees: BA (UP), BBibl (UNISA), BA Hons Information and Knowledge Management (RAU) and a MPhil Information and Knowledge Strategy – Cum Laude (US). Her career started at the Department of Finance in 1983. She then joined Unisa and thereafter worked for the Department of Health in the tertiary education arena and college affiliated with RAU.

Since 1999 she has gained extensive knowledge in the Banking Industry, more specifically at Nedcor Technology and Operations until 2004 and then at FNB in several divisions including Branch and Commercial Banking.

Information Architecture for Client Profitability
In order to accurately measure client profitability in complex environments, it is necessary to implement robust Information Architectures that encapsulate the opportunities, challenges and priorities underpinning business objectives. Lizelle van der Klashorst will share her insights as the Enterprise Architect for FNB Commercial that is responsible for implementing the Information Architecture project that enables the measurement of client profitability. Specifically, she will explore the need for information conformance and the business benefits that can be realized. Lizelle will show how FNB has implemented the project, and will share some of the key lessons they have learnt to date.
