Jon ChardJon Chard is a Principal Consultant with Telelogic UK Ltd. He has a wide experience of standards, technologies and Telelogic tools across the entire enterprise lifecycle, with a particular interest in modelling at both the architectural and application levels. His role includes consulting, mentoring and training in many market sectors including defense, aerospace and telecommunications. Prior to joining Telelogic in 2000, Jon worked in the automotive industry where he gained 12 years experience in a number of embedded development and systems engineering roles.

An Enterprise Architecture and Model-Driven approach to Service Application Delivery-Session 1
This session will look at the motivators, benefits and potential pitfalls of employing a service oriented approach to application delivery. It will look at how enterprise architecture and model-driven development concepts can be applied to a service oriented approach and propose a high-level workflow for application delivery.

An Enterprise Architecture and Model-Driven approach to Service Application Delivery-Session 2
This session builds upon the ideas presented in session 1. It will look at the transition from the enterprise architecture phase to construction phase, providing practical insight into how service applications can be built, maintained and reused. It will highlight the automation benefits that appropriate tools can bring to the workflow in terms of efficiency, quality, traceability and governance.
