Presentation
Evolving the Architecture Discipline in line with Business Demands
Evolving their Architecture Discipline by means of a transformation program around the adoption and implementation of an integrated Work Preparation Framework (WPF), that’s what the latest comprehensive transformation program was about. The main challenge: a more flexible way of working, based on improving architecture and consulting capabilities. Embedding an improved multi-professional preparation engagement model, working more closely together with Business, by analysts, architects, engineers and project/program managers in a new way of working. The success is based on the specific transformation approach used. We would like to share with you:

  • The vision on, and elements of, how to approach such an engagement?
  • The principles applied
  • The critical success factors?
  • How we extended their capabilities?
  • The emotional curve with the challenges we went through during the transition
  • The way we coped with these.
