“We’ve downloaded TOGAF – Now What?”

AIB Group has literally just “Downloaded TOGAF”.

This presentation will cover AIB Groups debate and decision regarding why we should adopt TOGAF, the version that most suited our organisational structure, and how we propose to map the present operating model of our IT Architecture functions to the TOGAF ADM.
The presentation will then describe the implications that we expect from implementing TOGAF, including some pain!  

We now need guidance from the Architecture Forum on how we should proceed with the implementation of TOGAF, in particular with the preparation of a business case, recommendations of an approach to training/consultancy, instigation of a pilot project, metrics, and quick wins regarding document templates for engagement with business projects.
