Preparing the Enterprise for a Successful Architecture Program Based on TOGAF - the Case of Brady Corporation

IT is pervasive - sustainable success requires smart IT investment. You believe in EA as a tool for making better decisions to help your organization succeed.

Almost half of EA groups are dissolved within 2 years and many more do not meet stakeholder expectations. Make EA matter! Prove it as a tool for making better decisions with TOGAF as your guide.

The three most important activities to make EA matter in your organization are:

  • Getting your governance processes under control
  • Prepare to use the ADM
  • Focus on delivery

Can you make EA matter in your organization – even when EA is poorly understood? Use TOGAF as your guide to success. Come to this session to learn how Brady is approaching EA with TOGAF.
