E.G.Nadhan is the Lead Technologist for the Global Strategic Capability Management within EDS Application Services.  He leverages his 25 years of experience to standardize the architecture and delivery of innovative enterprise solutions leveraging enabling technologies across the global capabilities within EDS.  Nadhan is an EDS Distinguished SE and a Master IT Architect.

Nadhan is a regular speaker at Open Group conferences on architectural topics and has contributed to the TOGAF 9 revisions in addition to representing EDS in the SOA Working Group.  Nadhan has co-authored several books on Enterprise Integration published on MSDN as part of the Patterns and Practices Group at Microsoft Corporation.

Nadhan serves on the Doctor of Management in Information Technology Advisory Board at the Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA.  He has also delivered lectures on these topics at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Technology, USA.

This session critically examines several basic assumptions about today's imperfect Enterprise 2.0 and forecasts Enterprise 3.0 using observations and behaviors of the existing models, patterns and other organizational forecasting models.
