In most of the organizations, the value of Enterprise Architecture is seldom realized. The top management sees the EA team as a obstacle to their IT Developmental and Operational efforts, where as the IT Development and Operations teams look EA team as “Theorist” who does not understand the practical implications of the tenets that they bring into the organization.

In this presentation, I would like to deal with the factors that are causing this impression on Enterprise Architecture and what measures need to be taken to show the value of Enterprise Architecture in any organization.
