Enterprise Architecture and the revolution: Putting customers at the heart of UK Government Services
Historically government services have been built around products not the customers using the services.  There is a revolution and customers are now at the heart of the services.  To enable this the UK Government has embraced Enterprise Architecture to help in this journey.  This keynote highlights how the UK Government Department for Work and Pensions has used Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF to provide a step change in the services it provides to its customers that are effective, efficient, agile and value for money
