SOA Governance - A practical approach
To sumarize the talk, I will concentrate on explaining what process needs to be put in place to analyze the current state of systems and how to define the right services to add business value. The process includes Service Identification, Service Definitions, Service Specification and Implementation/Deployment. I will stay on a faily generic level but will finish up with an example the 'Reservoir Management Cycle'.
