SOA Maturity Model
Organizations that tread the SOA path often find it useful to benchmark their current state of SOA maturity in order to plan ahead, or to compare their products and processes with those of similar organizations in the industry. A good way to benchmark an organization's SOA maturity level is to establish an SOA maturity model, with progressively higher levels detailing the products and processes that need to be in place to achieve them.

This session will discuss the various aspects of an SOA Product maturity model, and also proposes a hybrid model that tracks both the process and product maturity of an organization. While both streams are allowed to progress in parallel, check points throughout the SOA journey ensure that neither is allowed to lag behind.
