Presentation
How to Get Demonstrable Value from Your Enterprise Architecture Tool Deployment in a Day (and Beyond) Offerings from Enterprise Architecture tool vendors span a wide range of valuable features, many in common across them. All too often, however, organizations deploying them fail to realize the benefits they anticipated until long after initial use (if ever). The root cause is not shortcomings of the tools, but ineffective programs for bringing an Enterprise Architecture tool into use. In this talk, we’ll explore the issues and outline steps that can actually lead to "getting value in a day".
