Introduction to TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
Presentations
EA Maturity Assessment
One of the key contributions of TOGAF 8.1 is the adaptation of the US Government's
Architecture Capability Maturity Model. This session will cover practical use
of the maturity model not only EA processes but also people and technology aspects
of EA as well as the EA deliverables. The presenter will use examples from real
life usage of the basic maturity model and CC & C's unique value adds to illustrate
application of this important area of EA Metrics, which is a mandatory ingredient
for success for any EA implementation.
Around the TOGAF ADM in 8 weeks: A Pilot EA Implementation
EA does not have to be a long term planning exercise.
In fact EA will fail if it does not deliver 'quick wins'
and not expose show stoppers and road blocks early enough,
before the organization invests a substantial amount of time,
effort and cost. A pilot approach with defined boundaries,
definitive deliverables and water tight processes, have been
the ingredients of a successful EA Pilot case study. Come
and share our experience based on an EA Pilot, powered by
TOGAF, for a major international organization.
