Case Study: Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Integrated Architecture
The Joint Requirements Office (JRO) for CBRND is charged with defining CBRND capabilities across the Department of Defense (DoD). To ensure these capabilities are implemented, the JRO is developing the CBRND Integrated Architecture. The architecture defines CBRND capabilities, describes the combination of people, processes, tactics, and systems needed to achieve the capability, and finally, trace the implementation of these capabilities into fielded and developmental systems.

This case study focuses on how the architecture was used to describe CBRND capabilities and trace the implementation of these capabilities into systems.t
