What do Standards Mean
for SOA - And Why do we Care? An OMG Perspective
The OMG approaches SOA standardization from the business and architecture perspectives.
In particular, with its experience in UML and MDA, most of the initial work
will involve these areas. Furthermore, the synergy of SOA, EDA and BPM are
specifically addressed as part of the SOA group charter.
This presentation
will address these issues as well as discuss the OMG’s roadmap for SOA
standardization.
