Coordinating infrastructure architecture strategies across a diverse set of business clients and technical disciplines becomes increasingly challenging when service levels, agility, and productivity are held to increasingly high expectations. Cisco will provide an overview of the processes and methods by which Cisco Systems IT organizes and coordinates architectural skills, resources, technologies, and efforts across focused domains, as well as how solutions navigate the process within a cohesive architecture framework and overall roadmap for service management.
