 David
Chassels has over 30 years experience of both investing in
and  advising unquoted and smaller quoted companies. He was
the Founder Chairman of Procession in 1994 and became CEO in
November 2001. Procession is UK based with innovative software
technology in its Task Orientated Application “TOA” that
removes the disjoin between requirement and implementation
in application development through the linking of people and
tasks. He has written a number of papers about the importance
of technology aligning people and their processes, which have
been published in various journals.
Previously David was a Partner in BDO and spent 20 years
with ICFC/3i where he was actively involved with many early
stage companies as well as being lead advisor as a Director
of 3i Corporate Finance in larger quoted and unquoted corporate
transactions.
David has served on the Council of The Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Scotland and lives in Glasgow.
