  Paul van der Merwe, Consulting and Training Manager, Real IRM    


Paul van der Merwe Paul is one of South frica’s most dynamic and insightful and enterprise architects IT practitioners. A conceptual thinker, he has driven a number of advances in the fields in which he has specialised, among them software development, business intelligence, and now enterprise architecture. Under Paul’s direction, Real IRM has taken enterprise architecture consulting and training into global markets, and as a consequence South Africa is a world leader in this domain.

Paul is a certified TOGAF practitioner and a respected academic who presents a post-graduate course in the Department of Informatics at the University of Pretoria. He is a member of the Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Computer Society of South Africa and the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Octavia Kumalo, Consultant, Real IRM    

Octavia KumaloOctavia Kumalo is a vibrant and confident consultant who joined Real IRM in 2007. She has a solid academic background, with a degree in Informatics from the University of Pretoria. She has practical Enterprise Architecture experience in the telecommunications, financial services and mining industries. Her academic background and her practical experience make her a very dynamic consultant.

Octavia is a Certified TOGAF 8 Practitioner and is in the process of completing her B Com Hons (Informatics) degree and her ITAC Certification.

 

Keutlwile Leso, Consultant, Real IRM    

Keutlwile LesoKeutlwile, a certified TOGAF practitioner, is an experienced IT Architect. He started his career in networks & databases, moved into software development, and gained extensive and international experience in ERP, CRM and BI software implementations. Keutlwile is  passionate about Enterprise Architecture, Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), and Open Source Software and Standards. He is currently a member of a team driving the SOA Integration Competency Centre (ICC) and Integration Architecture of an internationally-recognised leisure group. He is also a member of the Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects. Keutlwile is currently completing his BSc(Hons) in Computing and Information Systems
