Christophe Longépé

CHRISTOPHE LONGEPE is Enterprise Architecture Director for the Société Générale Group and is also lecturer at the Institute of Management Information, Compiegne University of Technology. He is a member of the board of the Club Urba-EA and a memberUrba-EA of the Cigref. 

He was previously an associate director with SchlumbergerSema Consulting responsible for Enterprise Architecture department. He has more than ten years of first hand experience in Enterprise Architecture and reference frames of S.I. and is the author of « Le projet d’urbanisation du S.I. » published by Dunod and by KoganPage for the English version

Presentation
How EA has impacted business transformation in French Companies

This presentation will start by short history of the "IS Urbanism" discipline in France. It will then briefly present the Cigref and The Club Urba EA.

Then it will provide a qualitative overview of the state of EA in French companies.

The EA process defined by French companies within the Club Urba EA will be presented as well as the associated tool “The EA Index” which evaluate the maturity of the EA Process.

The results a recent study based on a panel of French Companies using the “EA Index” will illustrate the current situation in France. It will fill out the previous qualitative overview of the state of EA in French companies by a quantitative overview.

Finally, the presentation will complete by an illustration on haw EA has impacted business transformation in French companies.
