Johann Müller joined Anglo Platinum in January 2006 as Information Management Architect. He is responsible for the implementation of an Information Architecture and the deployment of business intelligence solutions based thereon.

Johann has occupied a variety of technical and management roles in Information Management, Information Technology and Control Systems Engineering at various large mining operators in Southern Africa, and has 12 years hands-on experience in Business Process Re-engineering, IT and Engineering projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa.

Johann will explore the practical approach Anglo Platinum has taken to address the architecture required to ensure that the information requirements of key business decision makers are adequately specified and modeled in order to provide the required business intelligence solutions to deliver to end user requirements.
