Communicating EA to the Enterprise
Developing an Enterprise Architecture is key to assuring that technical assets line up to measured business impact. A well-developed EA strategy does little good if the enterprise is unaware of it or how they are affected or they can contribute. The architects need a strong environment for analyzing their current state to develop ongoing plans. A strong communication platform can lead to integration of the EA blueprint to enterprise planning and program management. This presentation will describe a programmatic effort within the US Department of the Interior to communicate and manage a large EA program coordinated across several bureaus and government agencies.
