Top IT Talent: How to Create It, Identify It, and Recruit It
In today's market, hiring the right person for the right job is more critical than ever. Companies struggle to find quality applicants who have the variety of skills that make them successful in a business environment. This ideal candidate has refined their skills to become a versatile and adaptable resource across multiple business domains. The difficulty comes in finding that ideal candidate. The typical short job interviews don't provide enough exposure for an employer to properly evaluate a candidate. How can companies tap into reliable sources of talent and evaluate that talent well enough to make confident hiring decisions?

Neumont University and its industry partners (including IBM, ACS, EDS, eBay and others) have developed an intuitive in-depth program which serves as an invaluable tool to employers seeking highly qualified software architects and engineers. We will discuss how this program can help your organization identify and recruit top talent.
