Presentation

Developing a Continuously Functioning Architecture Practice
The TOGAF was used at a non-profit organization to develop a reference architecture and an architecture practice which was oriented to continuous processes rather than a baseline-delta model. This included modifications of some deliverables to accomodate a service-oriented model of the architecture practice.

Audience:-
Enterprise Architecture practicing managers or planners

Key takeaways:-

  1. Use of a Standard-Reference Model-Instantiation implementation for TOGAF
  2. Ability to tailor TOGAF to a steady-state service model rather than a baseline-delta-goal model.
