Eduardo CastroEduardo Castro holds an architect position in Grupo Asesor, a company in charge of many important government project in Costa Rica.

During his career he has been part of different projects in ministries like Tax Collections Systems, Water Supply Systems, Power Generation and Administration and in the last years he has been involved in the Digital Government Project.
