Case Study: Making Entreprise Architecture a Reality: Little Steps at a Time

Making a whole organization to share a common vision such as an enterprise architecture is not as simple as it seams. The first step we did was to identify what are the business drive and then to demonstrate the value added in order to budget the process. Next step is to share common terminology, this step can easily become a Babel communication case. Then, delimiting the axes (software, processes, data, technology, etc.) from which to begin and putting mixed teams together. To survive, a tool to hold the memory, an enterprise repository is a must. Where we are, what we discover and when to be careful conclude this case study.
