Presentation

Business Design: From Tactics to Strategies & the Linkages to EA

Mark and Srikanth will present an overview of how DesignWorks, the centre of design-based innovation at the Rotman School of Management, is embracing some of the best practices of design and instilling them into business education and commercial practice. They will identify some of the principles, tools, and frameworks for creating breakthrough business innovations, as well as some examples from the DesignWorks repertoire of project work. Following that, they hope to engage the audience in a dialogue about how Business Design and Enterprise Architecture can complement each other, based on unique overlaps and distinctions between them.
