Sam Ishak is currently the Director, Strategy and Enterprise Architecture & PMO, at First Canadian Title. In addition, he is the treasurer of the Toronto Chapter of the Association of Open Group Enterprise Architects (AOGEA) Mr. Ishak has a B.Sc. degree in computer science and he is Licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario (PEng.). He is a Certified Master IT Architect by the Open Group. Previously, Sam was the Enterprise Architect of Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC).

The presentation will demonstrate real examples on how IT project managers and Enterprise/Solution Architects can work together to realize the desired enterprise business value, with special focus on lesson learnt best practices, critical success factors It will also highlight the difference between the Enterprise Architecture objectives and Project Management mandate and how both are complementary and for each other.
