Bringing the Benefits of Cloud Computing to the Enterprise

Everybody’s talking about cloud computing for the enterprise, but considerable confusion remains in the market about exactly what the tangible benefits may be.  At the fifty-thousand foot level, enterprise clouds should deliver faster response to business needs, while providing higher infrastructure utilization and lower costs. But at ground level, there is very little clear advice about how to start, and the immediate benefits that can be achieved at each stage of an enterprise cloud project.

This session will discuss the applications most suitable for the cloud today and how organizations can  realize immediate benefits.  Case studies from leading Fortune 100 firms will provide examples of how organizations can benefit from employing cloud infrastructures, including improved application performance and increased responsiveness for IT departments.
