Introduction to Customer Requriements

Cloud Computing: Business Scenario Workshop
An area of interest to many organizations is Cloud Computing and, given the variance in Cloud Computing models and approaches, a stable set of industry requirements could prove an enabler to maturing the Cloud Computing technologies. A key part of The Open Group’s mission is to gather and represent customer requirements in order for the supply side to better understand real needs of the customer side. One way to gather requirements is through Business Scenario workshops. In Toronto we will hold a mini-workshop to gather customer views on the motivation for and key requirements of Cloud Computing.
