The VALIDATE project is a new concept which relates improvement in IT implementations and organizations to specific procurement practices. It assists IT Managers in the following areas:

The information is bidirectional. IT buyers can start from a desired result--for example, improve team cooperation--and then identify the best practices that are associated with it. They can also start with a best practice--for example, procure using open systems standards--and see the improvements this can lead to.
