The aim of the TEAM project is to identify a set of organizational and communication best practices that:

Since teamworking is affected by the perceptions of the procurement team members, it is important to measure these perceptions before team building actions are undertaken. The TEAM Procurement Survey Tool is the first "attitude survey" that can be used to measure existing procurement team performance as well as the impact of implementing new teamworking best practices for IT procurement.

The TEAM project is supported by SPRITE-S2.
